Due to the perishable nature of our goods, please ensure all return requests are initiated promptly to ensure food safety standards are met.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific reason for your return or exchange.

    Submit clear photographs of the product, including the batch number and expiration date, to help our quality control team process your claim.

    Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back.
